What if I am not happy with my purchase?
You must email us within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.
Pack your purchase in the original packaging it was shipped in and return
the package fully insured for the purchase value within 7 days to:

Please include all the necessary information to process your return such as your packing slip, the return authorization number and a note stating the reason for the return. If you do not have the packing slip, please include a note with your order number, your email address, the first and last name the order was placed under, and the reason for return.

Please note that painting orders that have been approved through preview visuals are not refundable. Once approved, the artists will be paid and refunds cannot be issued for these paintings. The artists are not responsible for incorrect images or sizes ordered. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm images and sizes upon placing the order.

What if my purchase arrives damaged?
All damaged shipments require prior authorization from BestPriceArt.com before the package is returned and you must contact us within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. BestPriceArt.com will make arrangements to have the damaged artwork inspected, replaced and picked up. All original packaging, documentation and shipping materials must be saved. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

What if I am looking for a particular painting that I do not see listed?
We have a FREE search service to help locate art and accessories for you. We have over 150,000 images available and if you fill out our contact form requesting the image that you are looking for, we will be glad to help.

Can you reproduce paintings from my picture?
Yes, we can reproduce an oil painting from any clear picture or photograph. The prices for custom reproductions and replicas will be priced according to the size and detail of the subject. You can contact us with the name of the artist and image, Email or regular mail us the image that you would like replicated.

Can you reproduce the Old Masters?
Yes, we can reproduce the Old Masters. The oil paintings are painted by the world's finest artists. They are replicas and will look like the original Old Masters.

Can paintings be reproduced in sizes other than the size that is listed?
We offer most of the paintings that we sell in other sizes. Please let us know the image and the size you need, and we would be happy to quote you a price.

Do you have a catalog that you can mail to me?
We do not have a catalog that we can mail since our inventory is changing daily.  We request that you use our website for the images that we offer, and please also remember that the artists take special requests.

Can you frame and stretch the artwork for me?
We are now providing stretching and framing assistance to customers who are located within the Continental US for paintings that are 30" x 40" and smaller. If you are in South Florida, we can offer framing for paintings that are larger than 30" x 40".

How do I order?
It's easy to order at BestPriceArt.com. If this is your first time buying something, or if you are sending a gift to someone, you'll want to place items in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout through our secured site.

How do I change my Customer Account Profile information?
Once you are logged in, you can select "My Account" and your present profile will be displayed for you to make any changes.

What if I forgot my Password?
Not a problem at all! Click here and we would be happy to send your Password via email to your registered email address.

How can I pay? Is it safe to use my Credit Card?
All prices on our site are listed in U.S. dollars. We accept Amex, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, Checks or Money Orders in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank. All orders are confirmed within 24 hours of receipt.

We also accept personal checks, bank checks and money orders which can mailed to us. Please make checks payable to BestPriceArt.com and mail your payment to us. Please include the Title of the Painting, the size and your name, address and daytime telephone number.

How long will it take until I receive my paintings?
All paintings are hand-painted by very skilled artists and take approximately 4 to 6 weeks to paint. The paintings are worth waiting for!

Once the order leaves our location, delivery time within the USA usually ranges from 4-7 business days.

Do you charge sales tax?
BestPriceArt.com is located in Florida. We are required by law to collect 6% sales tax on orders being shipped within the state of Florida or please provide tax exempt documents where appropriate.

How do I check the Status of my Order?
Paintings will be ready approximately 4 to 6 weeks from the date your payment was received. Please check your confirmation email to see the approximate scheduled completion date.

We will keep you posted and let you know the progress as the 4 to 6 weeks gets closer.

Can I ship to a different location other than my billing address?

To accommodate this request you must place separate orders. Add your selection to the shopping cart and check out for each different shipping address.
