  • What kind of Artwork do you sell?
    At BestPriceArt.com, we offer hand-painted oil paintings on canvas including, upon special request Charcoal, Pastel and Pencil sketched artwork.  All artwork, except in-stock offerings are custom and made especially for you.
  • Are these Paintings hand-painted?
    Yes, absolutely!  On our site, we have included visuals of the painting process so that you can see that the artists start with a sketch on a blank white canvas.  BestPriceArt.com’s paintings are not canvas transfers, not giclees, not photographs that are glazed and not computerized images printed on canvas.  They are REAL and ORIGINAL paintings done as oil on canvas painted brushstroke by brushstroke or as Charcoal, Pastel and Pencil Sketch.  Please see our PAINTING PROCESS.
  • Do you provide Certificates of Authenticity?
    Yes, absolutely!  Upon request, your order will come with a Certificate of Authenticity receipt at no additional charge.
  • Will my Painting look like the Old Masters and/or my images that we submit?
    At BestPriceArt.com, we strive for a high degree of image accuracy.  Our artists are able to achieve this because they are the most skilled and specialize in this type of art.  All of our paintings are made by hand and contain the same brushstrokes and techniques used by the original master artists.  Since all of our paintings are hand made and not computer generated, there is always a slight variation between the recreation and the original painting. If at the time when you receive your visual for approval, you have a request for fine-tuning, it is not a problem and we are happy to help.   • How long will my Painting take to complete?   Due to the high demand of our paintings, especially during our 50% off Sale, most Paintings take approximately 4-6 weeks to complete depending upon the size of the painting and the detail of the image being painted. Our company is known for our quality which is why our artists are in such high demand. If your painting is for a special occasion and you need it quicker, please let us know at the time your order is placed and we will do our best to help.

  • What are the prices to have artwork painted?

  • How much are your prices for custom sizes?

  • Can you email a preview of my painting before my package is shipped?
    Yes, we would be happy to help and email a visual for you to preview.  Please submit your request to preview your painting at the time you place your order.
  • Will the Artist be signing the painting?
    Yes, our paintings are signed by the Artist, however at the time you order, you can email us to request for the artist to not sign your painting or to sign your painting on the back.
  • If we are submitting our photos to be painted, what are the best photos to submit?
    Please submit the highest resolution and the best quality digital visual or photograph.  A general rule is that the clearer the original photo, the better the painting.
  • What is the best format for emailing our photo?
    Please submit your visual in .jpg format if possible.  If not, we can also usually use .gif or .bmp formats.  The larger the visual, the easier it will be for us as artists to see the details needed to create an incredible painting.
  • If I am not sure which photograph I think will make for a better painting, can you help?
    Yes, at BestPriceArt.com we would be happy to help.  Simply email or mail us your photos and we will have our Design Team make a recommendation as to which photo would be the best.  Please remember that you are welcome to submit as many photographs as you would like.
  • Can I also request to have something changed in the Painting?
    Yes, we are happy to help.  When you order, please email info@bestpriceart.com and let us know exactly what you would like to have changed.
  • If we send a black and white photograph, can we have our artwork painted in color?
    Yes, that is possible.  We just request that you send us details and other visuals with a description about the color tones that you like.
  • If we send a color photograph and want the photograph painted in black and white, is that possible?
    Yes, since all paintings are custom and made especially for you, we are happy to help with changing the colors.
  • In addition to uploading my photos with my order, can I also email photos directly to an email address?

  • Is it okay to mail a visual?

  • Can you frame my Painting for me?
    Yes, at BestPriceArt.com, we offer framing for customers who live within the Continental US.  We are having a promotion for FREE stretching with ALL framed paintings and also shipping is FREE.  To see a sampling of the frames we offer, please FRAME STYLES.

    For packages being shipped outside of the Continental US, we can only ship artwork rolled.  ALL artwork only is also on a special promotion for FREE shipping anywhere and everywhere.
  • How much are your frames?
    Each frame is priced differently and the framing price includes hand-stretching, the frame and fit.  When you place your painting order through the shopping cart, you will see the framing options and prices.
    For custom orders, when your painting is ready, we will email visuals for frames that will look great with your painting.

    Our frames are custom made upon request and we can make any size frame that you are interested in ordering.  We can ship framed paintings by UPS or Fedex Ground Service within the Continental US, up to and including 30” x 40” frames.  If you are in Florida and can pick-up your framed painting at our framing warehouse, we can custom make larger sized frames for you.

  • How can I confirm the color and details of a frame that I am interested in?
    We have made every effort to present the frames as accurately as possible, with high quality photographs and color matching.  When you are shopping, please click the link near the frame visual so you can see a close-up of the color and the details of the frame.  The color of the product you receive should closely match what you see on your screen.  Some frames are hand-finished and are natural wood, so slight variations may occur.
  • Do I have to pay for my order in full?
    You have the option of only paying a 50% deposit and then the balance when your painting is ready or you can pay for your order in full.  Please let us know at the time you place your order by either making your purchase through our shopping cart or emailing us at info@bestpriceart.com to request an invoice for your 50% deposit.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    BestPriceArt.com accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover, Checks, PayPal, Western Union and Money Orders drawn from US funds.

Shipping and Returns

  • Will my Painting be shipped framed or rolled in a tube?
    We offer 2 options for shipping your painting:
    Rolled: If we ship your painting rolled, it will safely arrive in a custom industry standard shipping tube.  For this option, we ship anywhere and everywhere in the world for FREE!

    Framed: The second option is to order your Painting Framed and your painting will be shipped professionally packaged and ready to hang.  Please note that the largest size oil painting we can ship framed is 30” X 40”.  The Framing option is available to customers who are located within the Continental US in which we can ship packages by UPS or Fedex Ground Service.  We are having a promotion for FREE stretching with ALL framed paintings and shipping is FREE for framed paintings being shipped within the Continental US.
  • We need our painting in a hurry.  Can you help?
    Please email and let us know your situation and how soon you need your painting.  The shipping time depends upon the drying process and where you are located. Please also understand that all of our paintings are oil on canvas and there is a natural drying process that takes place and we need to wait for the paintings to be dried enough to safely ship. The drying process usually takes approximately 1 ½ weeks, sometimes a little less and for some images can take a little longer. It is against our policy to ship paintings before they are ready to be shipped because the artists work very hard on the paintings and the artwork will be damaged if shipped before the paint is dry enough to roll the paintings. Please note that custom orders cannot be cancelled due to delays in the drying process or cannot be cancelled due to shipping delays which are out of our control. We are very reliable and responsible and we do our best to make sure all of our orders are completed and shipped as fast as possible.  
  • Do you ship worldwide?
    Yes, BestPriceArt.com ships paintings FREE anywhere and everywhere.  Framed paintings can be shipped for FREE anywhere we can use Fedex and UPS Ground Service.  For our International customers, we can safely ship your artwork rolled in a tube.
  • Can I ship to a different location?
    Yes, we are happy to help.  Please indicate on your order form what the Ship to address is.
  • Is it true that shipping is FREE for Framed Paintings shipped ground?
    Yes, that is correct.  If you were originally going to order the painting only, we recommend that you add a frame, and you will receive FREE stretching and FREE ground shipping to anywhere in the Continental US!  Please note that the largest size oil painting we can ship framed is 30” X 40”.
  • Do you ship by reliable couriers?
    Yes, we use UPS or Fedex for US shipments with addresses located within the Continental US.  For all other addresses, we use the US Post Office priority service.  Sorry that we cannot ship to a Post Office Box, so please make sure that you provide us with a real, physical address for delivery.
  • What if my painting is damaged when it arrives?
    Please do not worry!  We are very responsible and reliable and everything will go smoothly.  All of our paintings are shipped insured and in very strong, durable industry standard cardboard shipping tubes or boxes. In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, please contact us at info@bestpriceart.com as soon as possible within 7 days of receipt and we will contact the shipping carrier.  In order for the damage to be approved by the shipping carrier, it is imperative that you save the original packaging so the inspector can see the damages and we can make arrangements to have your painting shipped back to us, free of charge, (we pay the return shipping) and we will replace your painting.
  • Do you pay for return shipping for artwork?
    Shipping Returns is FREE for in stock artwork originally shipped to an address within the Continental US.
