STEP ONE: SELECT YOUR PHOTO
Select your best photo or photos that you would like our Artist to recreate for you as genuine, hand painted oil on canvas. Loved ones, wedding photos, military portraits, pets, favorite places and beautiful scenes are some examples.

If you would like to add people or pets to a photo, please send the photos in which the subjects are all looking in the direction that will work the best with the composition of the image.

STEP TWO: CHOOSE YOUR PAINTING SIZE
You can select a standard size or request a special size.

STEP THREE: SEND US YOUR PHOTO(S)
Separate photographs of pets and people can be combined into a single painting. To create the best combination, all people and animals must be photographed from the same perspective. The background design and color is usually at the artist's artistic discretion to assure that the background best compliments your finished portrait. If you have a preference, please let us know and the artist will review your background suggestions.

If mailing photos of your pet, please write your pet's full name on the back of all of your photographs.

If you send more than one photo to us, be sure to label which is your favorite.

STEP FOUR: WE'LL CONFIRM YOUR ORDER
One of our art specialists will contact you to review your painting specifications and confirm your order.

STEP FIVE: SEND US YOUR DEPOSIT
If you have not already sent a deposit with your photos, we will request that you send a 25% Deposit - which is 100% refundable if you are not satisfied. We know you will be happy, but we want you to feel comfortable when ordering and know that you have nothing to lose. That is our 5-Star Guarantee - a 100% satisfaction guarantee on artwork or full money back.

STEP SIX: WE'LL CONFIRM YOUR DEPOSIT
We will confirm receipt of your deposit and the artist will start your painting.

When the painting is completed, we will email you a visual for your review and approval.

STEP EIGHT: WE'LL CONFIRM YOUR ORDER
Once approved, you can confirm if you would like to receive your painting and have it framed local to you or order framing services. If you decide to select framing services, we are happy to help. You can click here to order stretching and framing services.

STEP NINE: SEND US THE BALANCE DUE
When the painting is ready to ship, we will request the balance.
